In a cohort of 341 BRCA1/2 carriers, 88.1% exhibited HER2-negative BC, with triple-negative BC being the most common subtype in BRCA1 carriers and hormone receptor-positive/HER2-negative BC predominating in BRCA2 carriers. The pathological complete response (pCR) rates were 39.6% for BRCA1 carriers and 28.2% for BRCA2 carriers. About 31.9% of the HER2-negative cohort, including 44.0% of BRCA1 carriers and 22.9% of BRCA2 carriers, were potential candidates for adjuvant olaparib. Non-pCR patients, particularly those with hormone receptor-positive/HER2-negative BC and CPS+EG≥3, had poorer survival outcomes. Discrimination by @lufthansa I am disabled. I am a senator. Today I fly from Florence to Munich. LH changed my seat from row 5 to row 30. In 2 days I fly from Berlin to Munich and they changed my booked seat from 8A to 9B, a middle seat. #Discrimination #lufthansa

@lufthansa In the process of Check-in the seats were changed. It showed me first seats 8A, which I booked and I made a screenshot of it and when I finalized the Check-in it suddenly was 9B. Thank you Mira anyway.

@lufthansa Dear Dave, thank you for your fast reply. It happens again and again. I had booked the sears 8A for my flight to Berlin and return. How can it happen that I get then a seat in a middle seat as a senator. Others get an upgrade if Lufthansa has to change seats.
