@USCIS @USCISDirector Many people getting their EADs in same C9 category who filed after me at different service center. Why EAD cases not moving from Texas SRC to other centers. At SRC, C9 EAD cases are not moving. 18.5 months processing time is unjustified. Work as one USCIS.

@USCIS @USCIS please answer- why applicants are not treated with fairness. Some are receiving EAD in less than 30days & some are waiting over 330days. At least approve EAD expedite request, out of job for more than 9mths just due to EAD Delays. Let us work! @USCISDirector @SecMayorkas

@USCISDirector Please process all applications in a reasonable timeframe. Keeping an application for a year doesn't benefit us or you guys. When is this issue gonna get resolved. We are tired & frustrated of waiting to get EAD. When you are gonna resolve this issue?

Instead it will be helpful if @USCIS allow EAD premium processing. Happy to pay more if that helps to EAD faster. @doug_rand @USCISDirector

New @uscis expedite criteria. The main difference is the new guidance provides examples after it lists specific bases for an expedite request. The prior guidance only provided the general bases without any elaboration. Useful. uscis.gov/forms/filing-g…

@risyplays @MHackman Is USCIS taking more than a year for EAD approval which has forced to leave the job just due to EAD and thousands of family with no income because of pending EAD is considered bizarre?

@jarais @SpeakSamuel They should eliminate the I-765 for AOS applicants and just issue a (c)(9) EAD alongside the receipt for the I-485. There’s nothing on the I-765 that isn’t already addressed in the I-485. Same could probably be done for many other EAD categories.

Any updates on implementing EAD premium processing? It is being more than 50 days since it was submitted to budget office for review. Please advocate and allow EAD premium processing ASAP @USCISDirector @USCIS @doug_rand @POTUS @OMBPress

@SpeakSamuel Can you please support reforms in EAD renewals as well? It is such as easy fix to either automatically extend validity for 180 days or start premium processing soon.

#AskUSCIS do we have any news on when the premium processing for EAD will be implemented? Also, if when applied for the advance parole and ead at the same time (combo card) will the AP be included in the premium processing?

@USCIS When will Texas service center wake up, cases are pending since Oct 2020 while other centers are processing in few weeks.
