@GustoHQ I’ve opened two tickets to have a tax ID number updated in the last three weeks but haven’t heard from anyone. I get daily emails counting down the days payroll gets blocked… is someone going to contact me by then?

@QBCares I called to close my account 3 weeks ago. I was told that there was a technical issue that prevented it from being closed and someone would call me in a couple days. No call but y’all did bill me $560 for another month!

@QuickBooks Today is payday, no employees have gotten their direct deposits. I spoke to someone at Intuit & they reported that it is affecting many accounts. It would have been so great if this would have been communicated to users so we would be able to address employee questions today 😤
