Logically, if you check it with a thermometer and it says you're good, then you'll be fine. You could verify, see if you prefer it, and if not, 2 more minutes.

Today would be my Dad's 81st birthday. But he died 5 years ago due to poor health. I can’t tell you how much I’d love to speak with him just one more time. One day this will happen to you. Make sure you make the best of the time you have with your parents.
