@SMARTYMobileUK CS told me there is congestion due to overdemand and a fault that may or may not be fixed. I was told to take it or leave it and that the lack of service was inevitable. Avoid Smarty and Three at all costs as they think it's fine to take your money and not provide any service

@rick_x Hello Rick - We're sorry that this network problem remains ongoing. Please use the 'start a webchat' option on our contact page to get connected with an agent, where we'll access your account to investigate this further with you: smarty.co.uk/contact

@SMARTYMobileUK Been a network issue in my postcode for over a month (confirmed on your network checker), you partially refunded me for the first week but that was weeks ago and not fixed and CS are just ignoring me, what a joke service

@DHSCgovuk @wesstreeting @TheSun The waiting lists are still over 6 million and your response has been to put an ultrasound scanner in the old Wilko's.
We need more doctors.
You decided to cancel 1000 consultant and GP training spots out of spite.
All whilst pocketing a higher pay rise than doctors.

@virginmedia I want to make a complaint but with a paper/electronic trail, I have been trying to get a fault addressed but it has been impossible to speak to anyone hence the complaint
English

@rick_x We understand, given this we would advise calling our customer service line at the number below. Alternatively, you can explain your issue, and we will do our best to help 😀

@Ofcom So this is what happens when you try to complain @virginmedia - the chat doesn't work, there is no email address for complaints, the webform is broken (see photo) and when they speak to you on X they ask you for your password when you're not online on a 5 min timer...

English

@rick_x Hi Rick_x,
As mentioned this is not an instant channel of communication. However, if you explain your issue we will do our best to help 😀

No. Doctors did not oppose the formation of the NHS. They opposed being govt employees
Doctors, dentists, pharmacists, and opticians all opposed becoming state-employees.
They were worried that the government would undermine their profession (and salaries).
Crazy, right?

@virginmedia Closed, I give up, you truly are awful and before anyone says, we'll it's Easter, they sent this message today and have been ignoring my complaints for weeks

@virginmedia I haven't raised a complaint there is no log number and nothing has been confirmed by email. All attempts to do this via PM have been a joke with you asking me to tell you when I'm available, not responding for hours then giving me 5 mins to enter my security details.
English

@rick_x Hi Rick_x,
It seems you have successfully raised a complaint, if you can provide some more details on what the issue is we can work to resolve this for you 😀

Wes Streeting is blaming us, the resident doctors, for the upcoming strikes, even though 98.9% of GPs voted against his plans for primary care and Consultants are being balloted for future IA.
I don't know Wes. Have you considered that maybe *you* are doing something wrong?

Labour will not train new doctors - presumably to replace them with unqualified staff.
•Since 2008 MPs pay has increased by 60% from £61k to £99k
•Since 2008 doctors pay has increased by 37% from £28k to £39k. Allowing for inflation a pay cut of 30%

@Parody_RCGP @hobsonschoice Maybe they should call NICE for an appointment to discuss this, sure their number is on the internet...
English

@hobsonschoice Our receptionists, nurses and doctors will absolutely feel the abuse from this.
NICE should be ashamed of themselves. Same as when the health minister announces policies which don't actually track with what patients feel.
We are just sitting ducks. Fuck NICE.
English

"...can now be offered a weekly injection"
Oh fuck off NICE.
There is no implementation plan for this just like for other conditions.
You have created a whole lot of additional abuse to our receptionists all for a lovely tweet.
You knew this would happen.

We've recommended semaglutide (Wegovy) on the NHS to protect heart patients from a second heart attack or stroke. Here's what you need to know: nice.org.uk/news/articles/…

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport My postcode has had this error message for weeks: We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing. I can neither call nor use data, what is going on?
English
@BMA_Consultants @TheBMA @Parody_RCGP Great news, now tell me what you're doing for GP's please? GP's have seen their wages drop, and drop and drop and even locums are earning LESS than they did 15 years ago. Is a pint of milk costing less than it did 15 years ago???

With what? Already underqualified individuals have been let loose in the NHS without proper oversight. The result? Deaths and patient harm.
The public deserve safe quality care.
Threats and bluster aren’t negotiating tactics. They’re childish. @DHSCgovuk do better.
