@joeljackson yes but there has to be somewhere to start. for example, there are already recommendations for "prompt engineering" best practices, how to use deep research, etc. also a lot of the value would jus be showing the team what it's capable of to get them motivated to use it

Someone is going to build the McKinsey of AI, and here’s why… Every company wants to build with AI, but they’re realizing talking about it is wayyyy easier than actually doing it. Most companies that “use AI” have employees dabbling with ChatGPT. That is NOT being an AI-native company. Which is why… Having an unbiased partner to identify the lowest hanging AI opportunities in a business, build custom solutions into company workflows, and be the unbiased asshole, will be wildly valuable.

April 30 2015…. Nearly 10 years ago, I planned my first incrementality test under the guidance of TubeMogul / Allstate legends @riorman @JeremyBloomHere @max_mead @bjwilson34. Amazing to see the problems we were solving back then, way ahead of the times! - understanding “test power” upfront… ensures that you’re set up to actually detect a lift - figuring out how we track user activity in the control group if we’re not serving ads (soon after, ghost bids were born) - figuring out how we convert cookies to households (shoutout liveramp) Very thankful to have learned from the best

Can anyone confidently answer this ONE question about advertising? Maybe. But probably not. Though I do know some AI-powered MMM's that are real damn close. Prescient.ai helped a B2B medical supply company predict their sales outcome from advertising to within 2%

Hey @alexalbert__ I have a question I thought you may be able to help with: when I give Claude a really long text file does it treat it like RAG (i.e. selects relevant chunks based on my query) or does it treat it just like a prompt (i.e. reads every word every time)?
