Which is your 1st overseas trip, mine was #SriLanka 2008. Situation wasnt easy yet, extreme security checks all across. I landed at Colombo post midnight from Chennai. I was scared, the number of times the car was stopped for checks. Visited twice thereafter. Huge change, overall

It only shows lack of proper training by banks to their frontline staff, lack of checks and balances & lack of consistent & proper processes. Bank leaders are equally to be blamed for this situation.

Impressed by @ICICIBank. My debit card was recently stolen in @kriticreations, #KhanMarket. I rang ICICI & Santosh was so efficient, blocking it & ordering a new card which has reached bang on time. (Btw, the store CCTV wasn't on, as per @DelhiPolice FIR).

This looks like a parking scam at @wbhidco_ltd parkomat at Alipore. Refused UPI payment, demanded cash, and then issued this receipt for charging Rs 100 parking fees. I didn't realise this till I came home. I had parked on the 4th floor. @wbhidco_ltd pls take action.
