@OctopusEnergy have a long journey tomorrow and your app issues mean I cannot open it to change settings top my EV car charge up over night, overrides my instruction to start charging. This is REALLY not good enough.

@Tesco our shopping was delivered last night with 20 + ambient items missing. The driver was long gone before we noticed (too much of a hurry to give us our paperwork - shoved through letterbox). We’ve now been lied to multiple times about when we will get this and have no food

@StarsSupport Yet I STILL have had no reply to 3 emails, the online form and a tweet. I am now investigating who I can escalate to because it is effectively holding my balance and making it impossible to access which I’m sure is not permitted.

@EnglandGolf Is there going to be a revision of this today based on what is in the full document of conditions being released. Based on what Raab said earlier, all of the the earlier proposal conditions (including 2 ball groups) meet it perfectly. Was this statement a little premature?

#myhermes parcel failed to be delivered yesterday despite being given a time slot in the morning and now today the tracking info is saying cannot be delivered today. Phone number just a dead end of automated messages and automated bot chat just tells me same info. Pathetic...

@TUIUK I’ve now patiently waited for over a month for a refund for excursion tickets that I had to buy twice to resolve a catalog of screw ups by Tui employees. This is beyond a joke. You could sell holidays half the price of any other company and I would never again use you
