@robert995581 If the box is lower than the height of your vertical jump (like I’m doing in the video), it’s a lower stimulus than the repeat jumps I demoed. If the box is higher, it’s a greater stimulus. I don’t know what you mean by pattern movements?

@robert995581 All jumps are great. I generally prefer unweighted jumps to weighted jumps if already doing strength work. Need to be very careful with the height of depth jumps and the dosage. They were designed for Olympic jumpers. It is really easy to overdo landing stress on jumps.
