@Mikehomeseller This album is non stop bangers. I'm a big fan of the classic Yes albums, but this is always the one I reach for first when I want a Yes fix. I'm in the cult, I reckon.

I continued the Yes spin with Drama. This is a cult like album for some. To me it is a middle of the road album because to me it misses Jon Anderson’s voice and mystic lyrics. What do you think of this one? #mikesquestions

Democracy requires the consent and feedback of our citizens, but Democrats replaced their nominee for President of the United States without appealing to voters. Democracy requires free expression, but Democrats have attempted to shut down dissent by urging major social media platforms to censor individuals. Democracy requires election integrity, but Democrats oppose Voter ID and requiring individuals to prove their citizenship to register to vote. Democracy requires a distinct line between official and political business, but the White House is using federal agencies and resources for partisan voter registration efforts. For three years, Democrats, and their allies in the media, covered up the cognitive decline of President Biden. They don’t want to protect democracy - they want to protect their power.

@vurnt22 To your point, in Portsmouth both Perry and Dave got down into the crowd. Dave let a fan strum his guitar during a song. Perry was talking to a fan who brought up Venice beach and Perry mentioned The Doors. They bust out a verse of Break On Through, totally off script. Epic show

JA is a GREAT BAND. They conjure something alchemical & dangerous with their RAW, Funky, Whimsical Darkness, paradoxically intertwined with a weirdly propulsive optimism (Perkie!). On all cylinders? JA is INCANDESCENT, despite (or BECAUSE of) its shadows. 🖤

@astralmatrix @sssdoc @cyrusjohnson I was at Raleigh and Perry was audibly slurring at the very beginning of the show. He missed some cues/lyrics but the band was absolutely on point. Went to Portsmouth, Perry wasn't obviously bombed and the whole show was awesome.

re: jane's addiction fight- in the clip below you can hear the band rushed through a breakdown part of "Ocean Size"-the band rushed the return. they might have done this because they didn't want Perry rambling through it. that's what set Perry off.

@QuirkyGrrrl @jimstewartson I was there and this is 💯 correct. My friend turned to me and said "glad we're seeing them early in the tour, they might not finish it". 2 nights later in Portsmouth, they were great. The band is in great form. Perry not so much.

@jimstewartson He was in Raleigh, NC last week and friends I know who went said he ruined the show. The band was tight, but Perry was wasted off his ass.

I went to Perry Farrell’s house in 2013 to pitch an idea for a festival and halfway through a sentence I looked up and saw him doing tai chi on the deck, completely forgetting about me and the other 10 people sitting around looking at each other like wtf. Perry is Perry. 😂

@vurnt22 Saw them in Raleigh and Portsmouth last week. Perry was fucked up at the start of the show in Raleigh. Friend said "glad we're catching them early in the tour, they may not make it through the whole tour". Portsmouth, Perry seemed sober. Both shows, band was ripping. Sad to see.

Eric B. & Rakim - I Ain’t No Joke (1987) The rope chains, the matching Fila tracksuits and Rakim riding that Pass the Peas sample like a Grand National winner. Calm, serious toned and razor-sharp. This is GOAT-level hip-hop. Even Flav can’t resist it.
