Tell Pakistan that we are defending ourselves and are not aggressors against Saudi Arabia, and that it is not in its interest to get involved in a war that has nothing to do with it except to serve America, Israel, and Saudi Arabia.
I am confident that the Pakistani people will stand against their government if it decides to launch an aggression against Yemen.
The Pakistani army should be for the defense of Pakistan, not for the defense of Saudi Arabia, America, and Israel.

how to survive chemo, from a crunchy cancer survivor
- 5g of modified citrus pectin dissolved in coconut water the day after the infusion
- epsom salt baths (or even better, magnesium floats) between chemo rounds. brings life and color back to the skin.
- iv vitamin c between rounds has been shown to help overall survival of many cancers. at least 10g per infusion. also helps chemo-related symptoms, game changer imo.
- manage constipation early. raw carrot, magnesium and digestive enzymes on the morning of each infusion. try to avoid synthetic products like miralax.
- ginger for nausea, lactoferrin for digestive upset, vitamin b1 for fatigue, l-theanine and glycine for stress and sleep
- avoid processed hospital food. ensure you have a variety of simple (ideally organic) home-cooked meals. make your own alternative to ensure or find a brand that does not contain gums and canola oil.
- if you ever need to use a feeding tube, check if your hospital allows you to use a non-standard organic brand like katefarms
- for mouth sores, use vitamin e and manuka honey topically
- daily outdoor walks, ideally at sunrise and sunset, even if fatigued. gentle daily stretching helps to lift mood and preserve mobility
- electrolytes between infusions
- sleep as much as possible. get an eye mask if staying in the hospital
- reconnect with the earth the day after ever infusion. feet on the ground, stand in a river. chemo is so gross and artificial, being outside makes you feel human again
- laughter, prayer, and social connection heal

Over 6 million people liked Zohran's video for telling you what Palestinians have been saying for years, then ending it with the disclaimer that he can't arrest Netanyahu.
So where were those 6 million people when we asked him to drop Tisch? When we called on him to stop condemning protest here? When we demanded he pressure the AG to investigate and revoke the nonprofit status of organizations funding West Bank settler violence? Or to stop stolen land sales right here in NYC?
This is the last I’ll say about this, cause honestly, I’m speechless.

I have a family member with Parkinson's, diagnosed in 2022
About a year and half ago, as their symptoms continued to progress, they agreed to try some of my "non orthodox" recommendations
Started them on a CO2 inhaler twice a day and 1 hour dry carbon dioxide baths. Symptoms began to noticeably improve and their tremor would completely stop for hours after being in the CO2 suit
Recently added low dose doxycycline (25 mg) morning and night, and recovery has super charged:
- tremor has almost completely disappeared
- speech fluency is back to normal
- facial masking gone
- debilitating reflux in remission (off their ppi's )
- down to the lowest dose l-dopa possible

🚨🚨Our tent collapsed while we were sleeping.
Can you imagine going to sleep with your children, only to wake up because your tent has collapsed on top of you?
That is what happened to us.
Not because of a storm, but because our tent has completely worn out. A tent is only meant to last for a few months, yet we have been forced to live in the same one for years. It is no longer safe. Every night, I fear it could collapse again while my children are asleep.
In just a few days, my baby boy will be born. Instead of preparing a safe place to welcome him, I am desperately searching for a way to protect him. Will he spend his first days of life in a tent that is no longer fit for human shelter?
I am not asking for a house or a comfortable life. I am only asking for a safe tent that can protect my family and give my children a chance to sleep without fear.
