@brajeshpathakup dear mantri ji, raising this issue here hoping this handle is also for hearing out to people and their issues rather than just being a one sided communication tool. Attached is a proof how the babus in the state are hell bent upon spoiling and damaging all the efforts and good work being done by you throughout. As seen, here is a demand for applying online only from health dept. This demand has been raised with a 76 years old pensioner who has done the mistake of getting his wife treated and applied through paper mode for the reimbursement. How can system be so impractical and lacking basic empathy to understand that a 76 years old person not necessarily has the understanding and ability to apply online? When he has diligently filled each and every information required which is being totally ignored? Has govt mandated to stop all the paper work and totally reject applications sent offline through post? Is the system ready and capable to do that? I can challenge the people who have raised this request will fail basic test of computer knowledge and harassing a senior citizen rejecting his basic right of treatment for his wife? Writing and sharing the issue here with you hoping to get a justified and helpful response for which you are known and also show a mirror of how the babus are misplacing and misrepresenting govt intentions and aspirations by purportedly mentally torturing senior citizens knowing very well their age and physical mental status.

My Tatkal ticket was auto-cancelled because no seat was allotted, even though I didn’t cancel it myself. Why am I being charged a cancellation fee for something that wasn’t my fault? @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial

@cromaretail launching app and services without having the competency is no less than crime. First make fake commitment for delivery and after the payment simply delay it. Thats the tactic of Croma. And customer care doesn’t exist in their dictionary. Failure and disappointment

@Paytmcare dear paytm pls stop closing the complaint without resolution to fake tat compliance. Multiple times complaint is getting closed without giving resolution. This is the reason probably what paytm bank had that fate. Seems like paytm also wants to follow the suit.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this has what airtel become. 51 minutes out of which 40 minutes waiting to connect with his majesty and hardly 10 mins to share the issue. No-one even bothers in airtel now to udate the tat too even after it lapses leave apart resolution.

A patient walked into the casualty at GMC Goa demanding Inj Vit B12. B12 is not an emergency, it can be taken anywhere, even after days of delay. The CMO allegedly directed the patient to a CHC.
Turns out, the patient was related to a journalist with direct access to Goa Health Min Vishwajit Rane. And then began the circus.
Rane barged into the OPD like some low-budget Bollywood cop, dragging along his staff and a camera crew, publicly summoned the CMO, a respected doctor with years of public service and teaching, humiliated him in front of juniors, threatened him, and suspended him on the spot, without even bothering to hear his side.
Now this minister has the gall to say he was “fighting for the poor”? Please. No poor person has the luxury of calling up a health minister directly. As per the media reports, the patient was a journalist’s relative, not some underprivileged soul struggling for access.
Even if, for the sake of argument, the doctor had erred, there are official procedures to follow: hold an inquiry, issue a show-cause notice, let him respond, cross exam, and only then take disciplinary action if needed. What is this sadakchhap behavior? Learn to uphold the dignity of office instead of turning governance into a media circus.
Trust me, if this had happened in Bengal, most of those defending Rane would have been howling for Mamata Banerjee’s accountability. But since it’s BJP and Goa, chalta hai.
This isn’t done, Shri @narendramodi. This is not how elected officials are supposed to behave.

@velumania Its nothing new. Its been ages like this and nothing has changed. I have actually given up trying to book tickets under tatkal scheme unless i choose to get it through some agent who assures it. Guess what “special” quality he possesses which allows him which i can never do.
