@Cleartrip I have been charged extra for the cancellation of the ticket. I got confirmation from airlines and what amount they've said is less than what you guys are charging with me and not clearing the remaining refund.

@coopbharattaxi I have taken cab from airport, where I got call from drives stating that 150 charge is being taken if I come and pick you up. So I decided I'll come out don't worry. And later when my ride completed I saw 150 added as airport charges. I have paid full amount.

@IndiGo6E Confusion is about the fare difference which is being deducted by you(@IndiGo6E )and what @Cleartrip is saying. And that's why I wanted a resolution and clarification not from your side but from Cleartrip why they're charging extra than what you are refunding me.

@Cleartrip I am being said that airline cancellation fee is what you decide not what airlines are charging. Please confirm @IndiGo6E . I have contacted both customer support and got to know that airline cancellation charges taken by clear trip is different that what is charged by indigo
