I’ve spoken to a few people lately who agree that you can’t take a day off X because you’ll fall behind on ai news. Who has solved this? Daily/weekly digest of all the key ai developments without having to scroll X for an hour a day?

Alright so last night as I was taking an injection, I took the wrong peptide and I tripled the dose that I was supposed to take of a different peptide. What this resulted in was asphyxiation, throat tightening, tongue enlarging, and lips enlarging. In 15 minutes I was unable to breathe so we had to call paramedics for an Epi. I ended up having an unfortunate reaction that was a complete user error and I suffered a gnarly consequence of a very very slow and rough day but your boy is back and he is here for the culture.

Some user feedback @ShopifySupport @harleyf. The new date selecting tool is incredibly cumbersome, over-engineered, and non-intuitive. What use to take about 3 clicks now seems to take 7-8 clicks.

@IstvanicMarin Haven’t played with lifetime budgets for a little while. But this sounds like it was someone who had a budget from finance and was sticking with it, not knowing fully how Meta works.

True Story Bro v9 > There's one ad account that had a predetermined lifetime budget per monthly campaign basically: Aug - 80k Sep - 100k Oct - 100k No matter the performance, the campaign was turned off on the last day of the month, and a new one was relaunched Often with the exact same ads as the previous one...

If your setup is fully consolidated (1 CBO, no Min/Max spend): Meta will push ~95% of spend into 2–3 ads Everything else won't get any spend Even if you refresh your creatives weekly or whatever the frequency is, it's highly likely none of those ads will get any sort of significant spend Now, those of you who have been doing this for a long time, and have experience scaling brands, not just being account managers and adding zeros to budgets Tell me how many businesses have you taken from 1M → 100M, with only 2–3 creatives carrying the whole account? Especially for brands with hundreds of SKUs, dozens of categories, not just one hero product or one hero creative angle? And by scale, I don't mean that you scaled those CBO campaigns for a week or two, but scaling a brand over a couple of years from 6 to 9 figs? But Meta knows best, right? Right. Buy my course. Have a great weekend.

Was going through new signups this morning and almost choked on my coffee. One of the biggest Shopify brands in the world. Nearly $100M in revenue and almost 1M orders in the last 365 days. But instead of celebrating, I'm figuring out how to make Kleio faster at these volumes. The glamorous life of a founder 😂 And yes, they pay the same $29/m as everyone else 😉

@natelagos That's crazy. Does your change history inside Ads Manager show any changes at optimization level at that time? Curious as I don't have it rolled out to any of my accounts yet.

I try not to complain too much about meta, because advertising on meta has made me rich (relatively, I’m still a poor compared to some of yall) But they rolled out a new targeting feature on our account last week without telling us CVR of meta traffic decreased by 47% My team and I have been panic-pulling levers trying to fix it, double checking every landing page, every ATC button, and I’m losing sleep over it. Our meta rep finally confirms today that they rolled this out the exact day performance tanked. We’re a brand that does everything possible to exclude existing customers from our prospecting campaigns. We even pay a separate software (Waste Not) to help make sure we’re not advertising to past customers. And then without notifying us, meta sets all of our active campaigns to target both new AND existing customers… It’s a good thing I’m already driving to the Jack Daniels Distillery because I need some strong whiskey to deal with this shit.

Claude code + OpenGrift GL is f*cking cracked! 🤯 With just one ONE PROMPT you get: →467 meta ads ready to ship →All pre-tested with Manus synthetic results → AI testimonials from customers who will exist eventually → Termination letters for your production team → A fully autonomous agent swarm that cannot be held liable in any Delaware jurisdiction, we checked. Perfect for agencies or freelancers who need to report "we launched 500 creatives this month" without anyone asking what happened next. No tweaking. No learnings. No data. Just ship. Every generation comes with 3 customizable excuses for why there were no winners. The oneshot workflow only takes 8 seconds 👇 → Enter your brand name (product not requred) → Select compliance threshold: Low, Lower, or Off →OpenGrift clones 500 winning ads and "remixes" them legally (pending) How do I know what a winning ad is? I've scraped the entire ad library of all 3,420 generational DTC brands and used HeyLucy 8 to one-shot their secrets. I even generated the below screenshot which clearly shows over $8M spend on something. And it's all yours for free. All you need to do is → Like this post → Comment "INDEMNIFY" Must be following so I can DM you the sauce. Or just wait 10 minutes and use my email capture. 🤷‍♂️ LFG!

@DaveDiederen This is cool, thanks for sharing! They’re also funding their POs and cash flow, understand their LTV, and still probably first order profitable at that discount.

Comfrt is doing something smart on their PDP that most stores haven't figured out. Two add-to-cart buttons. Same product. Different prices. One for in-stock: €73.95 - ships now. One for pre-order: €48.95 - ships June 5. That's a €25 discount for waiting 10 weeks. Most brands treat pre-orders as a last resort. A sign the product isn't ready. Something to hide. Comfrt turned it into a choice. And that choice does 3 things at once: 1. It captures buyers who were about to bounce on price. It builds revenue before the stock even arrives. And it tells you exactly how price-sensitive your audience is, in real time. 2. The pre-order button isn't a backup. It's a conversion lever for people who needed one more reason to say yes. 3. You're not discounting. You're selling patience. If you've got products on backorder right now, this is worth testing before your next restock.

To the end customer, it's not really different... My guess is most ad buyers aren't putting their money into high yield bank accounts, especially on the business side. So the sell is... you're getting nothing at Chase or WF, move it here and at least get something. slash.com/legal/meta-inv…

How is that different than a high yield bank account. They are paying if I understand .25% monthly yield essentially on your $100k in deposits Whereas a high yield bank account would just pay you .3% monthly Only difference of this is it’s contingent on ad spend so and capped to eligible amount so it pads the margin in their favor

Can anyone at Meta give us some support? We’re spending >$1m/yr with you guys but our main team member’s personal account keeps getting suspended (ads keep running). Tried everything. Desperate.
