@Fdruid Naturally, pretty sure (but just guessing) that it was at least partially Meta-funded! Though with a game like this with the highly-controlled music that it features, the likelihood of a Steam release "eventually" is uh... yeah. Don't hold out, don't think anyone will be 😏

3. The "gameplay decorations" are all really well implemented and put a smile on my face! That's the menu, the little companion ball (VR trend right here), the environment, cursor effects, sounds, polish - it's all juiced up and full of appeal. Love it!

Just Dance VR comes out today! I have plenty of reservations and preconceived notions - my bet - it's largely going to be identical gameplay to the non-VR entries. Fingers crossed for a pleasant surprise, even though I can't shake these doubts 😬🤞

@FreyaHolmer Mine happens to be assembled in a right-handed +Y-is-up configuration. Because we're an OpenGL+OpenXR house. 🤭 (Though at work it's a mix and match of inconsistant madness that is mostly inherited from SteamVR and Unity with conversions back and forth... Yay.)

@thegiantsox @Azadux That'd be where you go to either 2.5GHz or the analog zone +1 to this, you can buy little pucks with 3.5mm ports that are pre-paired together, often battery/USB powered The one I've got is called "Avantree Lock"

@Azadux @ruirize It's not zero, but I've played piano and rhythm games successfully with it. My BT dongle lets me switch codecs, and AptX LL is the only one where the latency is workable. Not low enough latency for something like singing though where even the slightest delay is very noticeable

I was helping a friend look into wireless headphones for gaming and the lowest latency Bluetooth codec (AptX Low Latency) is 20-30ms?? How the hell can I stream 10bit 4k 90hz video at 200mbps at 4ms but fastest audio codec is 20ms?

@Azadux The last 2.4GHz headphones I bought were Logi's G533s, and they're fine. Great latency performance- otherwise just OK. I plugged the dongle for them into my Switch/Phone via a Type C adapter. I'd look into PC gaming headsets if you're desperate for low latency wireless audio....
