Article 54 doesn't make every strike on power or water infrastructure a war crime. It only bans attacking drinking water installations, food, agriculture, etc. for the specific purpose of starving civilians or denying sustenance* - whatever the motive. Exceptions in the same article: the prohibition does not apply if the objects are used in direct support of military action (or solely for enemy armed forces), as long as it doesn't leave civilians facing starvation. Trump's warnings target dual-use infrastructure - power plants and oil sites that run the IRGC's missile/drone factories, command centers, and terror funding machine. That's legitimate under the law of armed conflict (same as U.S. strikes on Iraq's grid in 1991). Precautions are taken; collateral harm is weighed. Real war crimes: Iran's 47-year proxy campaign killing Americans, funded in part by Biden's $16B+ sanctions relief. Shills quote the law selectively only when America fights back.

Simple 10% tax on your income earned, regardless of how or when you earn it. Stocks pay you? Great 10%. Dividends pay you? great 10%. Salary pays you? great 10%…
