@mindfulbotic @spencerpratt It’s ironic. They call him a MAGA republican like its a bad thing and all he’s asking for is a little common sense.

Seattle, USA: A 77-year-old American man steps off a bus in the city center and is brutally beaten — without any reason by Somali migrant Abdullahi Olman. The entire savage attack was captured on the city’s real-time crime cameras. But Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson’s response? She openly said she wants to turn off all the surveillance cameras because they might “endanger refugees and migrants.” Her priorities are crystal clear: Protecting migrants > Protecting elderly American citizens. This is what progressive leadership looks like in 2026. When will Americans finally wake up?

More lawyer AI misuse: Lawyers file appellate brief citing numerous "fake authorities created by an AI system." Court says the conduct was "so egregious as to warrant sanctions" beyond dismissing the appeal. Court says it wasted "much time and effort in chasing down citations that are misrepresented or simply do not exist." "This kind of egregious conduct cannot be tolerated in a judicial system whose purpose is to pursue truth and justice, but whose resources are already strained to the maximum." The briefing included so many hallucinated citations that it was "manifestly insufficient as a matter of law" and therefore frivolous. In a concurring opinion Justice Cook digs in a bit deeper. "Hall first cited hallucinated cases in the appellant's opening brief. ... In appellant's reply brief, Hall apologized for citing hallucinated cases and promised not to do so again." But he cited even more hallucinated cases in that same reply brief, including "in the same footnote in which he apologized for his earlier use of hallucinated cases." "It is simply hard to imagine how this could occur absent, perhaps, using AI to craft the apology for having used AI." Sanctions: -$17,200 in attorneys' fees -Payment of double costs of appeal -Prohibited from filing anything else in that court unless cosigned by another attorney -Referred to state bar for potential discipline.

NYC taxi medallions hit $1.3 million each in 2013. Then Uber launched and destroyed that artificial scarcity overnight. By 2018, medallions traded for $160,000 - an 88% collapse that represents the largest peacetime transfer of wealth from rent-seekers to consumers in modern history. The taxi cartel had politicians bought and paid for (Bloomberg took $50K from taxi interests while blocking ride-sharing apps). They artificially restricted supply to maybe 13,000 yellow cabs in a city of 8 million people. You'd wait 45 minutes in the rain while empty cabs refused to go to Brooklyn. Uber didn't just compete - it obliterated the entire regulatory capture scheme. Consumers voted with their phones, choosing abundant rides over government-rationed scarcity. The medallion owners screaming about "unfair competition" sound exactly like telegraph operators complaining about the telephone (creative destruction works both ways, fellas). This is why bureaucrats hate entrepreneurs. Every successful startup exposes how unnecessary their permission slips really were...

Here’s a video of CBum doing Incline Dumbbell Bench Press from yesterday with 100 pound dumbbells Not 110s Not 120s Not 150s Not 180s 100s You might be wondering… Why is he “only” using 100s and how did he manage to get in close proximity to failure while “only” completing 10 reps with that weight? I’m sure you’ve seen guys at your local gym with a FRACTION of the muscle he’s got do more weight than that for more reps on this exact exercise… Here’s the reason: Because he actually did the exercise PROPERLY So many guys go in the gym and just sling weight around They create mechanical advantages and ultimately do whatever it takes to move the weight from Point A to Point B with little-no actual movement intentionality They do a great job of training their ego but not that great a job of training the muscle(s) they’re (presumably) trying to grow — and by “not that great a job” I mean “a terrible job” So, the next time you should find yourself reaching for the 100 pound dumbbells just prior to a set of Incline Dumbbell Bench Press be sure to remind yourself that Mr fucking Olympia (Classic) does that exact weight Unless you can pull it off with anywhere as good of technique…PERHAPS RECONSIDER!

This is one of my favorite speeches of all time… It always hits me hard: “You get up every day—you’re entitled to nothing. Nobody owes you nothing. You could have talent, but if you don’t have discipline, and you don’t execute, you don’t focus… What do you get? Nothing. If you’re complacent and not paying attention to detail… What does that get you? Nothing. So nothing is acceptable but your best.” This is a harsh reality of life: Talent is meaningless without discipline. Ambition is worthless without execution. Focus is the difference between potential and reality. You’re not entitled to success—it’s earned in the quiet, thankless moments when no one is watching. The antidote to entitlement is relentless ownership. Show up fully. Pay attention to the details. Do your best—every single day. Because in a world where everyone wants the reward, it’s those who refuse to accept anything less than their best who build something worth being proud of.

Knee pain on your squats/leg press motions? ESPECIALLY if you want bigger quads…read this. First thing I’d look at is your control into the bottom position. Right as you’re fully loading that quad in the lengthened range here. Make sure you’re not just “divebombing” and using excessive momentum. What ends up happening is you’re using more elasticity/stretch reflex to get you out the bottom more so than actual muscle tissue. Drop some load, control the end range as you get into deep knee flexion. THEN get stronger over time in this much more controlled fashion. Quads will grow and you’ll have less knee issues. Win Win.
