@jodiem To be fair this is more of an issue with LLMs like ChatGPT than something Salesforce intentionally included in Einstein, but I understand where you’re coming from!

It's a lot more complicated than Flow though and uses more code-like knowledge. LWC can use Apex though, depending on the need: trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/…

Turns out that you can have some fun with Einstein Copilot in the overlay even though it’s blocked in the builder. And it applies to error messages too! (*Not an April Fool’s joke. Your mileage may vary. Probably not good for your job to actually use these.)

@melissahilldees @toddhalfpenny @trailhead @SalesforceDevs @SalesforceAdmns As someone who's getting excited about code in the low-code era, my understanding is that there's always going to be a need for Apex for high performance, more complex situations and queries. Not to mention with LWC (and OmniStudio) you get to pixel-perfect UI capabilities.
