@AndrewDBailey I think this is the biggest problem - NBA players are giants and they delay putting the ball in both hands so they can have unlimited steps. I’m 5”9 with small hands and I have control with the ball when I gather with one hand - it’s nonsense.

The “gather step” is really out of control in the NBA. “Floating” the ball in your hand should not give you liberty to five-step into a pull-up jumper. Bring old-school traveling back.

Average person didn't give a shit about Dune until 5 years ago. Probable that neither Dune movies would even be made if not for the cultural impact that the original SW trilogy. This is so obvious it makes me want to barf.

It’s such bullshit that Chicago is on here. One of the all-time best screen adaptations of a stage musical! It’s entertaining, tight and well-paced, they nail the musical numbers and nimbly translate Fosse vibe to screen. The rare best picture win that’s stood the test of time

Some people go to one baseball game every 2-3 years and it’s more like a vacation or carnival. Let them have their novelty bucket. They’re here for the gimmick. Go get a regular hot dog. That’s still there.

IMO the ballpark stuff around MLB is getting a little gimmicky. 3ft long quesadillas… custom carrying cases for said food… some of it is really fun but like how are people going to comfortably eat these huge gimmicky items? i personally just rather have things more affordable
