@thehoffather A local restaurant in my town closed its doors after a kitchen fire. They want to reopen but in order to reopen, they’d have to pay the state millions in fees from when they disobeyed Inslee and the Demonrats during COVID.

Food is meant to keep us nourished, fuel our body and muscles, fuel our brain, and provide all of our cells everything they need to be in optimal health. Our ancestors didn't run around trying to hunt and gather because it would make a plate look colorful. They hunted and gathered what they needed to sustain their health. When we start to learn about what food is truly meant to do for us, we start to see it completely differently. I want foods that are satiating, delicious, give me strength, and keep me healthy. The way God intended them to be. I don't want a colorful plate.
