I’d forgotten about the time that Ken Paxton stole a $1000 Mont Blanc pen, a lawyer had accidentally left at a security checkpoint, in a courthouse. Paxton denied it until he realized he was caught on a security camera, then claimed it was an accident. lol

@Stickballruss Minors who are abused by adults are not legally required to testify in court, as adults would in other cases There’s no way prosecutors should’ve agreed to the appropriate outcome of years of abuse being weeks in jail and not having to register as a sex offender

@Stickballruss He took a deal to plead guilty to misdemeanors because the jury deadlocked over the felony charges The misdemeanor charges don’t require registering as a sex offender The DA could’ve retried him; what he did to the victim didn’t change He was treated with kid gloves 1/2

You do know that anyone convicted of attacking a law enforcement officer was not pardoned I’m confident you know this and just like spreading lies to stir up trouble You should be able to list the pardoned individuals that were convicted of assault charges on law enforcement officers It’s hard to find because there weren’t any People were pardoned, just not the violent offenders you imply You could look it up or just keep making shit up
