@rapidobikeapp I reported an issue, but the agent spoke rudely and cut the call. Every time I contacted support, the same agent Santosh Kumar Majhi was assigned (around 5 times) and never resolved my issue, just kept sending “Thank you for contacting” messages.

@dominos_india @dominos On 28th May, I placed an order from your Vasant Kunj outlet. The delivery agent (named Mukesh) arrived with an incomplete order and asked me to wait 15–20 minutes more for the remaining item. Since it was his fault, I politely refused to accept the order.
