@VirginMoney using my new card in South Africa first transaction ok and then card blocked - has taken me more than 15 mins on call to resolve with someone who has no concept that the call is costing a fortune - international card - not a chance - v bad customer experience.

@SW_Help It’s not for me but your staff at Richmond station clearly do not know this as they are allowing people with bicycles onto trains at 8:30 - even tho the train is only 4 carriages long and packed already.

@SW_Help if Richmond station car park closed it may help to put a sign at the entrance and also have more useful staff helping rather than one who is looking at her phone whilst we are all stuck in a traffic jam

@British_Airways cancelled my flight from Cancun to London in May last year then refused compensation. Took matter to CEDR and it was agreed to pay compensation and yet you have still not settled since 19 December. BA shocking customer experience continues. When will I be paid?

@marksandspencer ordered the jeans from Sienna Miller range first thing Thurs morning and in stock. Receive an email today saying out of stock - it’s taken you 3 days to work it out and somehow I lose out although order confirmed Thurs morning. Very poor service
