LLMs almost never delete anything. The more you run them, the more they katamari. This is a fundamental limitation of the technology that I do not expect to change. We _may_ be able to corral this at the agent layer but I haven't seen it yet.

Apple in China is one of the best books I've read in the last year. The rare book on Apple that consistently taught me something new, and a generally great book on strategy. One good reminder: the iPod was not a hit for its first two years, and Apple revenue was flat overall. Releasing support for Windows is when it took off. The iMac began to show signs of life but Apple's re-invention took nearly six years after Steve returned, and it was far from obvious. Kudos @PatrickMcGee_
