@cecidrais Stan has done a fine job. This roster is no worse than what we had last year. Defence is much better if you ask me. Forward group not bad. Coach has been a challenge.

The biggest thing the Oilers need this off-season is a coach that: 1. Establishes an actual meritocracy 2. Instills and DEMANDS a high level of intensity, battle level and most importantly, consistency. 3. Understands garbage goals are just as good as fancy goals.
