@SamsoniteUSA #samsonite I have had this carryon for a few years and it’s holding up very well. However, the wheels have degraded. They don’t spin well at all and rather than rolling next to me, I’m pushing it and wearing myself out. Is there a forever warranty? Ideas for fixing?

@SamsoniteUSA just informed me that to get warranty work done I have to bring my bag to a store that is a five hour drive from my house. Shipping the bag is not allowed. From there, I'll get my bag back in 30 days. I think I'll just buy a non-Samsonite bag and call it a day.

So @SamsoniteCanada @SamsoniteUSA has a 10 year warranty but the wheels on the luggage don’t even last for 3 years and are not covered on warranty. If anybody wants to know what brand of luggage not to buy!

My 94 year old grandfather passed away this past thanksgiving. He and my grandmother built their house in 1967 and lived there the rest of their years. Yesterday we cleaned out the attic and found this gorgeous set of luggage. They are Samsonite and in nearly perfect condition. I don’t know what to do with them but I can’t part with them. By ikhlas
