I’m still uploaded my ads manually in Facebook ads manager. Am I an idiot for spending time doing this? I know there are uploading tools. Curious your experiences and if anyone has any authentic recommendations. I upload hundreds of ads per week.

Any ADHD-minded people working at three to four things at the same time. As I was working on something, my mind decided to open a new tab and continue doing what I was doing before.

The goal, the reason why brands win.

The hardest part of continuously scaling is finding creative strategists who understand truly being creative. Hypothesising > reading data > learn > repeat. I'd also say the majority of your focus should be on unaware and problem aware ads.

Starting to build new offers, thinking this is low hanging fruit to increase AOV rather than increasing it with upsells and that kind of stuff.
