Even other airlines I have travel with never let you queue again pathetic and unprofessional behaviour even the supervisor was rude the time we were managing to take the stuff out the luggage she told us to go back again. @etihad please train your staff.
Worst airline to travel with @etihad, our luggage was access and I was okay to remove it they told us to queue back even we waited 1 hr I am sure they would have done exception but they didn’t the staff is rude and told another staff member to send them back. Never travelling.1/2
@etihad This is not helpful Luke you need to sort out your website for us to change the dates rather then relying on your staff to send the screenshot so they can waived the fee. This is unacceptable, you can shutdown your website if you can’t fixed it.
@etihad airways please can you sort out your website there’s no option to change travel dates. Additionally your staff is charging $30 fee staff fee on top of fare charges as they can’t rectify the error?
Worst service @DPDgroup_news I waited an hour for my parcel to arrive and the driver didn’t even bother to come he just passed by my flats and I got notified that I wasn’t there what a lie DPD. Now I need to pick up the parcel from a store. So inconvenience for me .😭

@BootsHelp had the worst service today at South Woodford boots by the colleague name sapna was about to pay and ask her to scan my boots card card but she was more interested to know how I am paying with no thank you ask her an item price and the reply was can’t you see
