The customer was clearly informed about customs and shipping delays right after replying to his messages/WhatsApp. The influencer then messaged us seeking a reply, believing his influencer friend could speed up the process or similar. We cannot give two different replies to different people. We have delivered many products before the deadline: some in stock because we had excess, others got delayed. Most of our customers tolerated the delay because it is not solely in our hands—we work with multiple trade partners from logistics to last-mile delivery. We have received repeat orders from major customers who understood our advantage and profited from it. One of our shipments, stuck in customs for over 6 months, is about to be released soon. The client stood firm with us on all occasions, supporting us like a rock. Another customer whom I handled directly spoke differently on the call and in Twitter direct messages. He forgot to enter his email while ordering and kept blaming us for not sending email notifications. When we pointed out his mistake, he sent his army of friends—credit card influencers—to abuse and malign us. Here, hundreds of people have met me in person in India, China, or Thailand and know us well, but the rest believe certain people who portray us badly. Even today we receive orders and process them with a 30-day timeline due to Chinese New Year holidays. We don’t just sell the product once, but also provide support in warranty claims and after-sales service. Despite explaining our process clearly through multiple tweets and messages,few people continue to attack us. We wish to remain calm and continue serving our customers.#wintrackinc
