One of my dad’s friend visited and narrated an interesting story. A college kid was staying in a Hyderabad hostel for about 6000 rupees a month. The hostel occupancy was dropping and the owner was planning to shut it down. Kid offered to help for free, creating hostel videos , hostel tour, daily food etc and posting on Instagram and YouTube. After a while started running Instagram ads targeting radius of 10kms within the hostel. The hostel occupancy grew to 100% in a few months. Got a phone as gift for the work from the owner and was tasked to market a sweetshop similarly!

The platform showed it as processed right away. Now, more than 10 days later, no refund has been credited. The cancellation was quietly reversed, and Option B has vanished. In these challenging times when people are struggling financially, holding onto hard earned money like this is unacceptable. Avoid heart attack in the morning. When we wake up, the circadium rhythm releases a massive amt of cortisol. BP shoots up. Blood has become thinner with the night respiration/perspiration. Your heart has been working 6-8 decades & is not strong like before. Rising up fast by swinging legs to the ground&standing up brings additional load on your heart & brain (without good supply of blood) suddenly. At night blood was evenly distributed in your body. When you stand up quick a liter of blood is pulled into your legs and abdomen. Heart has less blood to pump to brain. BP drops-you may feel dizzy/blurred & legs weak. Massive adrenalin is released to jack up heart to pump fast. Arrythmia/stroke/attack may result. What to do? Wake up slowly. Lie down, after opening eyes, for a few minutes breathing deep. Bring down your legs slowly. Sit a minute, drink a glass of water-not coffee (really bad in empty stomach), move your ankles clockwise &anti clockwise a few times to push up blood to your heart. Then stand. Blood volume decrease in sleep, thickens it & becomes sticky. Hydrate your blood to lessen heart's work load & blood clotting leading to heart attack/stroke. Walk slowly to the bathroom. No hard exercise just after waking up until body adjusts itself after a sleep. No going for a brisk walk/running before drinking water & moving, eating a little. Exercise, after say 2 hrs. Always warm up. No cold bathing after waking up .

3 months ago I went to Pune to visit a neighbour's uncle. I called him before going and he said go home, I will come in the evening. I reached his place, rang the bell, and aunty opened the door. The moment she saw me, she froze. It wasn’t normal surprise, she just kept staring like she wasn’t expecting anyone. Then she told me to come sit, so I sat on the sofa. She went to the kitchen and came back with a glass of water, but her hands were trembling and she looked nervous. I asked if everything was fine, she said yes and told me I didn’t inform her before coming. I said I had called uncle. She just said okay. Then I noticed something strange. There was someone inside her bedroom. A man, wearing his pants, clearly in a hurry. He quickly came out, avoided eye contact, and walked out of the house without saying a single word. There was complete silence. In that moment I understood everything, but I didn’t say anything. Then she told me, please don’t tell your uncle that my relative was here, he doesn’t like him. The National Green Tribunal ordered a pan-India crackdown on sand mining. After 57 days the suspension was revoked. She was transferred. In India the reward for honesty is a transfer. The punishment for corruption is a promotion.
