মহামান্য সুপ্রিম কোর্ট আবারও একবার কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের চাপিয়ে দেওয়া মনোভাবকে আটকে দিলো! ইউজিসির ২০২৬ সালের “Promotion of Equity in Higher Education Institutions) Regulations, 2026“ বিধির প্রয়োগ সাময়িকভাবে থামিয়ে দিয়েছে। আদালতের মতে, এই বিধিগুলো "অত্যধিক ব্যাপক ও অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক" ("too sweeping") এবং এগুলোর গভীরভাবে পর্যালোচনার প্রয়োজন আছে। মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বারংবার বলেছেন যে এই ধরণের বিধিগুলি চালু করার পূর্বে রাজ্যগুলির সঙ্গে বিস্তারিত আলোচনার প্রয়োজন। সেই বক্তব্যের যথার্থতাই আরও একবার প্রমাণিত হলো!

@tathagata2 যুদ্ধ মনে হচ্ছে দেশের সেনাবাহিনী করেনি, করেছে খাঁকি হাফ প্যান্টু পড়ারা। তাই গলা ফাটাচ্ছেন। আর যুদ্ধ সেনাবাহিনী করে থাকলে, সেটা নিশ্চয়ই বিজেপির পৈতৃক সম্পত্তি নয় সেনাবাহিনী। ওটা দেশের সেনাবাহিনী। তাদের বীরত্ব দেশের সম্মান বাড়িয়েছে।

বেশ কিছু মুলো মনে হচ্ছে ইংরেজি বোঝে না। তাই তাদের জন্য বাংলায় লিখছি। ট্রাম্প যা বলেছে তার দায়িত্ব ভারতের নয়। কিন্তু আসল কথা হচ্ছে, ভারত পাকিস্তানের গভীরে ঢুকে যেরকম বেধড়ক মার মেরেছে তা তো পাকিস্তানও অস্বীকার করতে পারছে না! পাকিস্তানের স্বীকারোক্তি দেখুন। শুধু তাই নয়, ভারত খুব পরিষ্কার করে বলে দিয়েছে যে আর যদি সন্ত্রাস হয় সেটাকে ভারতের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ হিসাবে দেখা হবে। ভারত এও বলেছে যে ‘অপারেশন সিঁদুর’ বন্ধ হয় নি, স্থগিত হয়েছে মাত্র। ঝড়ে বক মরেছে, তাইতে ট্রাম্প ফকির সেজে কেরামতি দেখাচ্ছে। সেকু-মাকুরা আহ্লাদে আটখানা, ডুবে-যাওয়া লোক একটা তৃণখন্ড ধরে ভেসে থাকার চেষ্টা করছে। তা থাক, বেচারাদের করারই বা কি আছে ? আমেরিকা বাণিজ্য বন্ধ করার শাসানি দিয়েছে।ভারত চীন নয় যে তাতে ভারতের বিশাল ক্ষতি হবে। আমেরিকা শাসানি দিয়েছে, ভারত উপেক্ষা করেছে।
