This is not the win you think it is! Only 40 projects. We have 13,500 teachers, so ~ 0.3% are being supported with this fund. That’s not progress that works for all. It’s a shame that all students don’t have access to funding.

You have got to be kidding! Full confidence? To do what? @jeremycockrill has done NOTHING for students. He has ignored them, mistreated them and showed they don’t count! In what dimension is this occurring because it isn’t here!

"We'll lie about extending the school year to anger voters instead of putting working conditions (class size & complexity) in the teachers contract. If we scare and anger voters enough, they might stop supporting the teachers. We're desperate here!"

If you’re going to look out for Scott Moe’s interests over the interests of Saskatchewan students, at least have the decency to resign first.

In 2017, the Sask Party took full control of public ed in Sk. The elected school board reps have no power and zero autonomy. With the help of school board officials, we’ve downloaded the cost of public ed onto parents, which allows us to give tax breaks to corporate donors.

Yesterday in Question Period, Health Minister Everett Hindley outlined the very clear differences between our government’s record of improving the health care system and the NDP’s failed record of closing hospitals and firing doctors and nurses. It’s worth a watch.

Oh my goodness. What a circus. Blaming the NDP for things so long ago that the young voters today weren’t even born. Explain Devine and the PCs bankrupted our province & NDP fixed it only to have the SK Party bankrupt it again & your record for healthcare is abysmal.

Isn't this the government that tried to do away with school divisions entirely? Then removed their ability to set mill rates? Then clawed back division funding year after year? And now they want favours? Any damage to Sask. education rests squarely with you, @jeremycockrill.

He knows teachers are still delivering content right? Genuine question. I wonder if he understands what Work to Rule is. Because if not, he's fully admitting that schools crumble when teachers only work as contracted.

There needs to be a change to how parties are funded because the people of SK are getting shafted by this govt who is taking their cues from donors outside the province. Sending our money out of province for donor bucks. Wake up SK!

The whole point is that many boards & their members are NOT doing enough to get the funding necessary because they have to do what the government says. This is not for teachers to have say but for boards to have adequate funding. Anything else is political play by people

Education is at a crossroads with all that is happening in schools and the needs of children. It is time to sustainably fund education. Yes it hurts to not play. It hurts even more when we dont take care of ALL students. #ISupportSTF

The loss of extra-curricular activities is being felt in the immediate but the impact ongoing issues in schools have been affecting teachers and students for years. It is time for this to change. To end the lack of support for ALL students and support the future.

I’ve been following education here in SK and tweeting here for over 8 years and running #SaskEdChat for over 14 years. In that time, the government has continually underfunded education. Teachers have gone above and beyond to support children which includes Extra-curricular.
