Look at what worked elsewhere: Milei (Argentina, 2023) ceded the meme layer to TikTok creators and amplified what worked organically. Generic GPT outputs sound foreign in TN; a proper fine-tune sounds native and scales content generation 100x. Embedding-based voter segmentation: cluster citizens by behavioral vectors (what they watch, share, scroll past) rather than typical buckets. The cohorts you discover don't map to traditional psephology; they map to how Instagram already groups them. Real-time sentiment-to-response loop, ML pipelines that detect an emerging narrative within 30–60 minutes (not days) and trigger pre-approved counter-content from an inventory. TVK won the speed war; this is the only thing that closes the gap. Network graph analysis on WhatsApp and Telegram, map seeded groups, identify super-spreader nodes, model propagation topology. You can't counter what you haven't mapped. Creator partnerships at scale, not in-house production, fund and brief 300–500 Tamil micro-influencers across food, comedy, gaming, fashion, regional news. One upfront decision: where the line sits on synthetic media: AI avatars, voice cloning, deepfake-adjacent content.
