@lufthansa Worst experience we have ever had from an airline is lufthansa. Whole flight was cancelled as my wife missed her onward flight (due to a medical emergency) with no communication to us. Customer service only asks us to put complaint.

@satminiuk Hi Satheesh, flight tickets need to be flown in the order of the sequence in which they have been booked. In case of a no show on the outbound flight, the return flight will be cancelled automatically. To avoid this, the ticket needs to be changed to a one way ticket. /Lex
