@BookingHoldings How is the coordination between booking.com and the third party/partner relevant to my refund of a payment I made to booking.com? Why us my confirmation being delayed and I am not even being provided an ETA by your support

Had the most horrific experience with @bookingcom. reached another country with a confirmed booking and the hotel mentioned that I do not have any booking with them. Not only did booking.com cause me mental harassment but they are delaying confirmation on refund also.

@makemytrip makes a fool of its customers. created a round trip flight booking with @japanairlinesJP. I had opted for a date change policy, I was asked to pay 2x the cost of a new booking for the date change. i eventually cancelled coz it was cheaper to do a new booking.

@HondaCarIndia didn't expect such a bad experience with your service center after 6 years of relationship. My Honda connect device hasn't been working for over a year with subscription paid and no clarity from your service center who reset the device after keeping it for a month

If you want everyone to visit RTO office for all applications then please mention it clearly on parivahan website. As a tax paying citizen I don't expect this inefficiency in government.

@MORTHIndia I had applied for my Driving Licence address update on parivahan.gov.in but even after more than a month it's still pending document verification by RTO. My payment was done, raised two complaints, but no progress. Application 520094822 @tdkarnataka

@tdkarnataka @MORTHIndia @sriramulubjp @tdkarnataka Applied for a change in address in my DL on 5th Feb, application number 520094822. It's mentioned RTO visit NOT required. Uploaded originals, after 2 months got 1st reply, uploaded self attested docs, did that and again no reply till date. Paid app fees already

@tdkarnataka @MORTHIndia @sriramulubjp Sir, requesting you to please direct RTO officials to stop practice of delaying applications. My application is still in pending state and I haven't got any update on what's needed from my side. Do we have to pay bribes now?

@tdkarnataka @tdkarnataka Please tell me what will it take to get someone check the application. I get a response in 2 months and then again format for a month. Do I need to visit RTO even though application says no RTO visit needed? Is this how gov bodies function? @MORTHIndia

@OfficeOfNG could you please help me with this? Whom do I contact if parivahan.gov.in complaints are not even acknowledged? From my perspective it seems like a fraud that a tax paying citizen has paid money for a goverment service but there is no one to escalate?

@PayUindiaCare Please provide an update on this. I want the UTR checked against the VPA bank account which is payu escrow account and not payu order management system.

I have placed an order on @TitanEstore and payment was made via @PayUindia platform. UTR: 121610304351 Merchant UPI: titan.payu@axisbank Amount: 2295 Titan has not received the payment and my bank is saying amount has been credited to the beneficiary. @PayUindiaCare please check

@PayUindiaCare @PMOIndia @GoI_MeitY @Citi @TitanEstore Have checked with @GooglePayIndia @Citi @PayUindia @TitanEstore @UPI_NPCI and nobody is telling me who is at fault wheredid the digital payment go. @PMOIndia @GoI_MeitY @PayUindia is doing a massive fraud at the expense of customers by not checking the escrow bank account

@PayUindiaCare @PMOIndia @GoI_MeitY At a time when Gov is promoting digital payments, issues like this hamper citizen's confidence in the system. I have received confirmation from @Citi that transaction went through, @TitanEstore and @PayUindiaCare are denying receipt. What can I do now?
