A 60% premium on basic food bill if you order on @Swiggy or @zomato vs directly at the restaurant. Plus a delivery fee, packing charges, etc. And the GST on the elevated amount. Extremely high fee for "convenience" being paid by consumers.

Oh damn, got a copyright strike on @YouTube from @UMPG for a home karaoke video of @bryanadams song Have You Every Really Loved A Woman, which I was particularly proud of. Wasn't using it commercially, wasn't even a popular video. The algo needs to have context. 🙂

Find it ironic that emails from @amazonIN harp about being Earth's most customer-centric company. But they aren't able to resolve issue with delivery agent FALSELY marking deliveries as "rejected by customer" despite customer reporting the matter repeatedly for months.

@AmazonHelp Saw the email. My concern is ur delivery agent doesnt attempt delivery & falsely marks status as rejected by customer. U're missing the point and issuing a refund thinking all's well. This time too, there's no attempt to resolve the delivery agent issue. Just refund & resolve!

@akgoyal Agree! A growing GDP is definitely good and something to be happy about. But if something needs to be compared with other countries and celebrated with this level of chest thumping, maybe that's per capita.
