Personalised intelligence sometimes surprises you in magical ways. I captured a thought about my American dream, was chatting, and then it referenced a thought I had later in the day. Damn!

A cool read that stitches a few great ideas: - Claw’s dreaming as a shift in personalisation w context - the early shift we’re seeing to Generative vs static interfaces - a need to audit the backend w provenance

@erichudini Users shouldn't feel like they are building their own apps. That is the job of the developer and the system. However, users should feel a sense of control when the system makes changes. They should be able to audit, understand, and ask the system to roll back changes if needed.

@savarnd Great read! What do you think should be the balance of user doing work vs system doing work?

Great stuff by the Mesa team. As people start rethinking agentic memory, I’m willing to bet on a few trends we’re going to see: - Git-like functionality. Memory needs to be versioned, branched, and revertible. - Provenance Graphs. Clear audit log of context and tool calls.

Introducing Mesa: the most powerful filesystem ever built, designed specifically for enterprise AI agents. Every team building agents eventually hits the same wall: where do the files live? Not the chat history, the actual artifacts the agent works on. > The contracts your agent redlined > The claim files it updated > The 200-page audit report it edited overnight while you were asleep Today those documents live in a sandbox that dies in 30 minutes, an S3 bucket where concurrent writes clobber each other, or a GitHub repo that was never built to absorb agent-scale traffic. So we built Mesa. The world's first POSIX-compatible filesystem with built-in version control, designed from the ground up for agents. You mount it into your sandbox like any other filesystem. Your agent reads and writes files normally. Behind the scenes every change is versioned, branchable, reviewable, and rollback-able — like a codebase, for any file type. Mesa provides – Branches so agents work in parallel without locking – Durable storage that survives sandbox death – Sparse materialization so massive document sets load instantly – Fine-grained access control per agent – Full history for human review and audit Design partners are running Mesa in production across legal, healthcare, GTM, business ops, and coding agents. Private beta is open: link in the comments

How many sessions of coding agents are y'all running? I can usually handle 3-4 tasks at one time before quality starts degrading. That too, I usually devote 80% of my attention to one task while the others are menial tasks that can be one shotted.

Duolingo should have an "I'm going on holiday to this country very soon" setting so it teaches you "can I have the bill" instead of "the cow boils an egg"

@radshaan I think a tool that hierarchically documents your code (method -> struct -> module) using gen AI could be useful. Current AI tools index chunks of code and then use RAG to answer questions. What if we instead built a tree of knowledge?

An update on our new space @vercinyc (alongside the vision pro release!): We just finalized our lease a week and a half ago, and we’re already at 40% capacity. We’re looking for 5 more ambitious teams of 1 to 8 people who want to call Satellite home. Current teams joining are backed by funds like @generalcatalyst , @ycombinator, @a16z , @NEA , @neo , and more... Some other teams work w/ creators like Rihanna and Tyler the Creator. Satellite officially opens next week. Join us and hop on a call at verci.com/satellite. also... this was earlier this morning after we had an idea to shoot a short, fun walkthrough video (@byjmitch ships quickly) and I know I look despondent, but I promise I'm excited :)

@newtonlaw Thank you for writing this and I’m so sorry for loss. To love that deeply in this world is a blessing and so hard to find. I hope more people can introspect into their relationships and open themselves up to this level of love ❤️

I lost my wife to cancer last month — our daughter lost her mother. I’ve hesitated sharing any of this, but there is something I want to record. Fair warning: this is mostly about love.
