Now you're saying the gift cards are no good. I am not missing anything here. The reason I got the cards still doesn't matter.

Seems like a shady business practice to screw over customers privately and at the same time give publicly. U know how to build ur brand.

So, my first mistake in Florida was buying a bed at @AshleyHomeStore - first delivery, they were missing parts so they took the bed back. Today, they deliver again and ran out the door without my approval and signature. Two of the rods under the slats are the wrong length They didn’t even put the bunky board or the mattress on it either. I haven’t had a bed to sleep on in a week. This has been an unBOLD experience.

But yes, we got the gift cards after meeting the required spend amount, as per the rules of the promotion that was going on. Which was the reason we even bought the stuff there in the 1st place.

As I mentioned to you both in our call and in email, we did not assume any liabilities. We offered a good will gesture but your latest email has rejected that. As you mentioned in the email you would take to social media, which you are here. I’m sorry that the old company is not honoring the gift card since they went out of business. Our moral compass led us to offer you something. As a reminder your gift card was something you were issued as an incentive for other purchases you made. I have told the team you aren’t satisfied so they have tabled the offer per my direction

You ALSO said on our call that the previous owner was supposed to honor the outstanding gift cards "as part of your deal". Why tell me that but then not follow up with the former owner?

@jdsportsus I bought something on ur site that said "free shipping" then I was charged shipping. I tried to chat online but I get a message saying the live chat is open from 2 - 6pm Est even though it is during that time that I reached out. Also, on hold on phone for about an hr!

@jdsportsus I added something to my cart on your website, and something popped up that said "you qualified for free shipping" because the order was over $75. Then when I placed the order, I was charged $10 for shipping.
