Not all pain is proof of a mistake we made; some pain is a test of our patience and maturity. I want to break down, but I'm afraid life won't have mercy on me. I want to cry from the depths of my soul, but I'm afraid I'll drown this time. I try to be silent, but I'm afraid what's inside me will accumulate and come out at an inopportune moment. I'm afraid I'll fall in the middle of the crowd and they'll be shocked by my massive, suppressed collapse. I'm afraid I'll fall this time and see my body can't support me... Therefore, I have no choice but to remain steadfast for the sake of my family and my cats... My dear friends, the positive news regarding my departure from Gaza continues to arrive. Regarding my work at the hospital, today I submitted a sick leave request along with my medical reports indicating that I have gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)...Which is due to a stomach hernia.. Regarding the cats... my family will stay home, my brothers and neighbors will look after them, and I will check on them every day... My dear friends, as you know, I struggle to feed them and provide them with veterinary care... We might leave at any time... I need to be prepared... I want to buy as much food as possible for them before we leave, to give to whoever will be taking care of them... honestly wrong direction for a TCM movie. the tobe movies work because they recreate the feeling of a nightmare and their protagonists are cute girls who dont want their friends/family to die. basic universal stakes that hurt in the context without any boring setup.
