Well, I have studied multiple constitutions and the American constitution is exceptionally written. The problem here is leaving much for interpretation. Why would we get wildly opposite judgments based on left or right judges/justices? For example, the first amendment is the best there is - then people use/misuse it against the country. Congress needs to clarify ambiguous things rather than unelected judges ruling based on their ideology. Suggestion to you is think outside the box and think about the country!
