I think Axis Bank forgot to migrate me over from Citibank. The app won't recognise me and simply break while UPI says there isn't any account against my mobile. Funnily enough, Internet banking works! @AxisBankSupport are there any migration specific hotlines?

The most fraudulent banking institution @AxisBank took over @Citibank business in India. They don’t have a migration plan. (Citi Card Cancelled no update on the new one.) They are not able to issue a customer ID for me. 50 mins on the call and texts (screenshot of failed attempts) They are not transferring my Citi Premier Miles. They have deactivated my card but they are not even cancelling my Citi card. So I can’t use the card and I can’t cancel it also. Last year I reported a scam on my #AxisBank card and how Axis Bank employees were unlawfully threatening me and my family to clear the fraudulent card dues(I have video and voice recordings) their MD and CEO, Amitabh Chaudhary’s team apologised and kept sending me emails for months that be rest assured we are working on it. (screenshot attached) Nothing happened! Their Corp Comm, Deb Roy, apologised and assured me that the team was working on it. Guess what, nothing happened! (screenshot attached) That’s because the entire organisation is based on fraud and deceit. You migrated and linked my perfectly functioning Citibank account into my existing (dormant) Axis Bank account. Now you’ve frozen my access to both accounts because one was dormant??? Care to explain why??? #axisbank @AxisBank

@VirginAtlantic I responded to your DM only to be told that you don’t address the issues there and ask me to go to my bookings! I’ve gone there too but the PIR number and last name does not fetch any records - I complained about that and no one bothers to answer

@Xoom I had a simple money transfer canceled without explanation. And it was impossible to reach XOOM by phone. So I used another company but remain mystified.
