After receiving complaint, the onboard OBHS staff available in the reserved coach attended to the complaint and provide the liquid soap and steel mug however There is no provision for supplying liquid soap in GS coach.

It may be due to heavy rush in the sleeper class, passengers using the toilet damaged the upper window hopper. OBHS staff temporarily covered with rexine.

"@AshwiniVaishnaw @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva Train no. 13403 date: 09/09/2025 coach no. S3 The bathroom basin is not clean, 2 staff came only to take feedback but they did not take any action. The coach and bathroom are still dirty. Passengers need proper cleaning, ufff.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Circuit Special Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train was flagged off on 09/06/2025 by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadnavis Ji @Dev_Fadnavis at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Railway Station in the august presence of Shri Rahul Narwekar Ji, @rahulnarwekar Speaker, Maharashtra Assembly and Adv. Ashish Shelar Ji, @ShelarAshish Cabinet Minister of IT & Cultural Affairs Govt of Maharashtra amongst important dignitaries of Indian Railways and Government of Maharashtra. The special tourist train is a collaborative initiative by IRCTC, under the aegis of the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, in partnership with the Government of Maharashtra. The Bharat Gaurav Train will operate on a 5-day journey, covering prominent sites associated with the life and legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The itinerary includes Raigad (Fort) – Pune (Lal Mahal, Kasba Ganpati Temple, and Shivsrushti) – Shivneri (Fort) – Bhimashankar (Jyotirlinga Temple) – Pratapgad (Fort) – Kolhapur (Mahalakshmi Temple) – Panhala (Fort) A special highlight of the tour is the visit to Raigad Fort on 9th June 2025, commemorating the 351st Coronation Anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
