@MaiaDunphy @nules23 @IrishRail @EamonRyan Domt know for this specific example, but typically, they work the 75 hours non-stop on shifts. Only way to do major maintenance/ upgrade works. Other option is to do the same on a normal weekend and disrupt Fri/Mon commuters.

@nules23 @IrishRail @EamonRyan I live on the Dart line in town, and they did many nights of upgrade work at night. It was a noisy nightmare but we understood it had to be done. Would love to know how many hours they’re working straight through over the BH!

@JOSullivanCasey @SmallerFishGAA Which is understandable. But it shows that success is more important to him than player welfare, so his point is fairly diluted by playing them.

@SmallerFishGAA He is in Div 2 and has to do well to guarantee Sam Maguire football. He rests players and then they end up mid table, then doesn't get to Leinster final, he is Tailteann Cup and people are calling for his head.

Myself and Cian spoke about this on the show. It's a bit rich when he played the players himself, he'd have a stronger point if he rested them

Some personal news… After nearly 13 years, having been in the door from day one, today was my last day at @JOEdotie. I’m very proud of some of the stuff we’ve done over the years and have been privileged to work with some incredibly talented and sound people along the way.

They can talk about what's happening, bring the viewer stuff from the ground that they can't appreciate (it was chaos in the stands).
