My mother buys milk on quick commerce every morning. She never compares apps. She just hits 'reorder.' Today I checked for her. Amul Gold 500ml: → Blinkit: ₹38 → Instamart: ₹33 Same milk. ₹5 difference. Every single day. That's ₹150/month. ₹1,800/year. Makemytrip has to be most pathetic OTA for booking international flights. I happen to book a flight, delta rescheduled it in such a way that the transit flight will be missed, checked with Delta and they said even though the flight is non refundable and on restrictive fare, you are allowed to reschedule once for free but the request has to come from MMT They have the dumbest customer service bot, even a 12th pass can create a better AI bot. Called @makemytripcare and the bot wont connect to human and just respond that your flights is ineligible for reschedule. Sent them a DM on X, they responded, arranged a call and the agent promised an alternative flight, said she will also send me a DM for a confirmation which I did but its been more than a week, no proper response. No resolution or any help. They got to have one of the worst customer care @makemytrip and probably the last time I am using their services.
