😂 Some pastors need serious deliverance. Listen: Speaking in tongues is NOT a must. So, don't mind that pastor. Don't force yourself to speak in tongues. Just focus on building intimacy with God. And it'll come on its own (if God wills). Imagine restricting someone's service to God because he/she can't speak in tongues. What a shame. I'll surely break many tables about religion, Christianity and deceitful pastors when the time comes.

You must dance to your music.🤌 You'll spend money tire. In fact, you'll be drained financially, emotionally and mentally. After that? There's a 70% chance that the child will still die young. Anyway, when I see some parents crying because of the death of their sickle cell child, I have NEVER empathized with them, and will never feel sorry for them. Instead, I pity the poor child (who suffered daily till death). Personally, I wish those parents can be arrested and jailed for at least 3-yrs with hard labour. The point? It might be difficult and heartbreaking to end a sweet relationship (especially when you've invested in it). This is why you must check your genotype in the first 2 months. Because Why? If you know the PAIN people with sickle cell feel in their bones and the psychological trauma they endure (especially during their crisis) - you'll NEVER get married when you and your partner are both AS genotypes. Once again, Don't be wicked. Don't be selfish. Don't put your children in Lifetime of pain & tears. Don't test God. It's better to be safe than to be sorry. The END.💙🏆

If you tried to build a new habit and you keep failing, this is why. To form a new habit, you need to make it obvious, easier, attractive and satisfying Let’s use waking up early as a case study. ➜ The most obvious way to wake up early is to set an alarm and put your phone away from the bed where you’d need to stand up to turn it off. Then before you sleep write a cue that you look at before sleeping . The cue is to answer a simple question “Why should I wake up early?” The answer to this question is the cue you have to look at before sleeping and immediately after you wake up. ➜ Now to make it easy, if your target is waking up by 5am, you have to try to master waking up by 7am first before you move to 6am or even 5am. What you have to do is to set an alarm for 7am for 3 days and ensure to wake up consistently when the alarm rings, then move it to 6:30am, 6am, 5:30am and then 5am. You get? At the same time, decide one tiny action you will do once you wake up. Mine is sit up on my desk and read my Bible that is already open on my desk. I always open the place I want to read every night and place on my desk to complete this routine. ➜ To make it attractive, you need to attach a reward to it. Reward yourself something only when you wake up by that time you set your alarm. This could be listening to a podcast, watching a video or listening to a song, etc ➜ To make it satisfying, you need to track it visually. I have this habit tracker I use on my phone, Grit. You can use a calendar where you tick every successful day you wake up early. In fact, for the rest of January, create a manual calendar with a paper and paste it somewhere in your room, for days you wake up at the exact time the alarm rings, mark it. Then be accountable to someone everyday. That’s it. Apply this framework to one habit you have been struggling with. Save and share this with someone who needs to see it.
