Die Krise kommt jetzt auch bei den Normalverdienern an.
Gestern mit einem befreundeten Paar gesprochen. Er ist Gruppenleiter bei Daimler, verdient ganz gut, rund 5.500 EUR netto.
Sollte reichen für 2 Personen, sie arbeitet nicht.
Aber die Realität ist eine andere.
Kosten für das Haus betragen 2.500 EUR jeden Monat. Für die beiden Autos 1.700 EUR. Urlaub rund 1.000 EUR im Monat.
Die leben von 300 Euro im Monat, private Altersvorsorge ist keine möglich.
Er meinte, wenn er jetzt noch 225 EUR jeden Monat für ihre KV zahlen soll muß das Haus verkauft werden.
Ich sehe das ein bisschen anders. In so einem Fall macht es mehr Sinn sich von der Frau zu trennen, grad wenn diese auf 40 zugeht.
Spart man die KV, die Rate für das zweite Auto und natürlich Lebensmittel. Das rechnet sich.

Ob es Verhandlungen gibt oder nicht, spielt keine Rolle (China hat diese während Liberation Day auch verneint). Klar ist: die Schmerzensgrenze wurde erreicht. Trump hat im November Midterm-Wahlen, die er besser gewinnt. Ansonsten wird er seines Amtes enthoben.

For those asking for context:
Nasa basically just went on stage and said the current commercial LEO plans won't work. It's too hard for those companies (vast, voyager etc), Nasa doesn't have enough money for it and there isn't a commercial market to support them.

I have officially closed every single position I had involving selling options :
- All kinds of $RKLB puts
- $MSTR puts
This means I have bought back things I could have held until expiration, and kept the premium
As a result I expect us to absolutely moon to an other dimension and make me regret my life choices

Der auf "neue Klasse" Plattform basierende BMW i3 ist sehr gelungen - optisch und auf dem Datenblatt. Gratulation an BMW für diesen Wurf, der mich als Tesla Enthusiast das erste mal so richtig abholt und sich anfühlt, wie ein ernstzunehmender Wettbewerb zum Tesla Model 3. Gut, Display-Größe, herausragende Software und Hardware für vollautonomes Fahren fehlt noch, aber die Kernkompetenz "Elektro-PKW" ist beeindruckend!!!!! Ich wünsche BMW, dass sie davon hunderttausende pro Jahr verkaufen werden.

Aber was bringt das alles, wenn der Preis am Ende jeden Massengedanken ad absurdum führt? Da wäre ich mit beim BMW i3 (!) nicht sicher.
Am Ende zählt nicht, was auf dem Datenblatt beeindruckt. Sondern was sich normale Käufer tatsächlich leisten können!
