@anish_koka @politicalmath It was mentioned in the video, existing guidelines and external scientific resources. We just need to start sometimes before things become better.

Very impressive. But there’s a really wide gap between technically cool things and clinically useful. The rate limiting step to good care would appear to be access to a good clinician. In the example shown AI is being used to validate what the cardiologist recommended. What’s that based on?

This is cool but also this cardiologist is a full-stack developer with loads of experience in healthcare IT, medical data security, and deployment architecture

Cardiologist wins 3rd place at Anthropic's hackathon. Out of 13,000 applications. Built in 7 days by Michał Nedoszytko MD. Coded day and night - in the hospital, in the cloud, while flying from Brussels to San Francisco. A few years ago, it would have been impossible for a doctor to build this alone in just a couple of days. AI changed that. The project is called postvisit.ai. It is an AI agentic care platform for patients. Including reverse AI scribe it is a companion that guides the patient from the moment they leave the doctor's office. Powered by the massive context window of Opus 4.6, it allows patients to explore their full medical history, connected devices, Evidence Based resources and external data sources — all in one place. Today, the barrier to entry has vanished; even a practicing physician can build an application from scratch.

Every time someone asks me what's going on with AI, I give them the safe answer. Because the real one sounds insane. I'm done holding back. I wrote what I wish I could sit down and tell everyone I care about. Send it to someone who needs to read it.

you had to lock your portfolio till 2030, which 5 stocks are entering the prison with you? I’m taking MTNN, GTCO, ARADEL, UACN, UBA. Your turn. No fear, nobody will drag you… too much. Let’s see who is planning generational wealth or generational stress.

@Rufyb UBA and Stanbic are the winners considering all these metrics. Why is GTCO having a negative free cash flow despite the highest cash profit? Compared to Q1 2024 gross earnings, profit and EPS also declined in double digits. I don’t think Q3 & Q4 will save GTCO.

But if we change the metric to say, what is the return generated per unit of risk, the order then changes to: Rank 1: GTCO: 0.81% Rank 2: Wema Bank: 0.59% Rank 3: Stanbic: 0.58% Rank 4: UBA: 0.27% Rank 5: Zenith: 0.09%

GTCO releases Q2 2025 results I talk am. Make others queue for back. Their mama. Strong cash profits, even with that size. I suppose B2B clients withdrew money (deposits from banks) because Segun Agbaje knows how to 'fi ilokulo lo e' (i.e., he probably offered pittance rates). The pressure there, and investments in bills (going long, as rates are declining and expected to decline further), perhaps explain why the interim dividend did not move. We'd meet during the final dividend.

When GTCO numbers are released, we will see why it is the best-run bank in Nigeria today. We will see the difference. We will know the chaff and the wheat, and the one who generates proper cash profits.
