@ianbremmer How many protesters have been killed? Iran has an almost insurmountable lead with the regime having executes as many as 43,000 in January and early February. Amazingly that seems to have ended the protests. Is why you support the Iranian regime, that they get things done?

@NHTrans33 @wesyang Medical issues come to mind. The internals of a female are dramatically different than those of male. Everything from bone density and lung capacity to muscle and limb structure, as well as generated hormones. Sterilizing one's genitalia doesn't change that.

It's reasonable and moderate to list the material and immutable fact of a person's sex on their official government documents. It's extremist to permit falsification of those documents based on a person's private reveries about their sex.

@DamonBruce Guys like you make Indiana unpopular. As an Ohioan I used to like Indiana, until I met a bunch of Hoosiers with attitudes like yours. Much easier to get along with Illini and even Blue.

NEW: San Francisco police trap 85 bicyclists on an offramp who were seen taking over the road, swerving around cars, & riding the wrong direction. The bike gang tried turning around after they were blocked on the ramp by SFPD & CHP, but quickly realized they were trapped. All of the bikes were confiscated. This is amazing.

@muhammadshehad2 By your logic, 90% of Arabs and 90% of Jews should leave Palestine/Israel, as their families arrived after 1900. The majority of both Jewish and Arab families came from middle eastern or north African countries. Are places like Morocco, Egypt, Iraq ready to take them back?

1- Can you prove every single Israeli is a direct descendant of ancient Jews who inhabited Palestine 3000 years ago? 2- Israel's founder Ben Gurion admitted Palestinians have "ancient Jewish" DNA (source below) 3- Canaanites were here 1st. Many Palestinians have Canaanite DNA 4- That's not how the modern world works. The basic principle of international law since the 20th century has been the absolute prohibition on the acquisition of territory by force! If you'd like to redraw the world to the way it was 3,000 years ago, that means giving your home in Los Angeles to the Tongva (Gabrieleño).
Jonah Platt@JonahPlatt

You cannot colonize a place you are from. There is no other land to which Jews as a collective are connected. Every Muslim site in the land is literally built on top of a Jewish one. A state founded by an indigenous people, who either already lived there or were returning from exile, without a mother empire, mostly fleeing as refugees for survival, does not meet the definition of settler colonialism by any stretch of the imagination.

@muhammadshehad2 Two pieces of irony from the DNA: Most Arabs in Palestine are descendant from migrants who arrived in the first half of the 20th century. The majority of Jews are descendant not from Europe but from North Africa and the middle east, expelled by Arab countries after 1947.

@JOBuras @sstaedtler98 @RossDellenger I was not commenting on your point, which I more or less agree with. I was pointing out that you made a claim based on logical fallacy of averages. It gives a false impression of the constituency that matters, A4 schools, players and conferences.

@JOBuras @sstaedtler98 @RossDellenger You said 1% which is not true, unless you count D-II and D-III and non-scholarship players. What I said is the truth, >25% of P4 scholarship players will see time on an NFL roster. How long is another matter. Sure, half washout within two years. But don't give me that 1% BS.

@sg2waugh @sstaedtler98 @RossDellenger Not all of the 85 on those rosters are NFL worthy. They still have to be competitive to attract higher talent. That’s like asking the Patriots or Cowboys to sign something saying they won’t pay their players more so it’s fair to the Saints.

Every country practised slavery. African nations more enthusiastically and more recently than most. So why go after Britain, which is unique in its determination to stamp out the foul trade? Why not, say, China or Nigeria or Saudi? Because Britain keeps inviting its enemies to have a go. It will not sanction countries that back motions like this. Incredibly, it would not even vote against the motion. telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/03/2…

@JamesMelville The organization you support. This is why life is awful in Gaza. Hamas does not care about the people who live there. In their mind their purpose is to provide their children as suicide bombers and themselves as human shields for their death cult wars.
Yossi BenYakar@YossiBenYakar

t.co/yyTUS2tYyZ FLASHBACK: Pure evil in Gaza. Hamas-UNRWA officials caught starving, torturing, and publicly executing their own civilians — for the “crime” of accepting free UN humanitarian aid without paying Hamas extra taxes to fund their jihad war. In the footage: Gazans who took food are thrown into cages, brutally beaten, starved for days, then dragged before a bloodthirsty mob. Before slaughtering them, Hamas carves the word “THIEF” into their backs — giving the crowd permission to rip them apart like animals. This is not “resistance.” This is not “freedom fighting.” This is savagery. This is a death cult. THIS is the true face of Hamas — the same Hamas the United Nations continues to protect and fund. Don’t tell me all cultures are equal. Share this. The world needs to see the barbarism they’re defending.

@JamesMelville Any culture that values starting wars and not caring about its own civilian casualties can expect what has happened to Iran and its proxies. This is not much different than Russia their sponsor. Surprised you side with terrorists.

@ianbremmer The Islamist do not care. Suffering of civilians is proof to them that they are carrying out God's will to fight the godless infidel. Until Islamic culture changes to care about refugees, take them in rather than try to push them to the West, you can expect this.

@JOBuras @sstaedtler98 @RossDellenger The P4 conferences 68 schools, which is what we are talking about, average about 7 players (4 drafted) *per year* making NFL rosters for at least a couple years. That represents 20-25 of the 85 scholarship players on the roster in any given year. That's a bit more than 1%.

You have 32 teams in the NFL and less than 1% of these kids in college football will ever make it there. You have 130+ teams trying to get players. DI is in a league of their own and there’s 68 teams in the P4 alone. I do believe players should be capped by position, they aren’t all NFL level talent. They can get paid real money if they make it there.

@RALee85 @phl43 What people who follow politics and issues like war and peace do not realize is that a majority of Americans have decided that politics is for a special class of people, not them. Those who do follow reduced it to rooting for a football team, red or blue, as easier than thinking.

I remember talking to people in New York after I got back from Afghanistan who weren't aware that we were still at war. Back then, I thought it was embarrassing for them. But the outcomes of the battles in Afghanistan had no effect on their day-to-day lives, which is more of an indictment of our foreign policy.

The US is so powerful that it could destroy the entire Middle East and it would barely register for most Americans, yet if you listen to geopolitics-pilled people, it's constantly threatened by enemies so fearsome they will somehow destroy the American way of life unless the US wreaks havoc halfway around the world in a place they've never even heard of.
