omg this happened to me too! be sure to follow up! they will claim “transportation” issues but upon pressing i found out there were damages they found not disclosed when purchasing the vehicle 🤯

@Carvana and @CarvanaHelp i dm’d y’all both. was asked to call the same customer service number talked to an associate who was belligerent, not helpful, refusing to follow up on deatils about a car I have already purchase. How is this supposed to be the experience you provide!

@Carvana @CarvanaHelp 2 hours before pickup, Carvana called and said my car will be delayed for 2 weeks due to a transportation delay. This is the 2nd time they did this. However, my car car was scanned in to the correct pickup hub two days ago. They said they don’t know where the car went?! What?
