@MoCA_GoI Thats great but refunds don’t fix the fact that we are missing weddings, funerals, exams & other life events and alternate options are 5x the price. #IndiGo is still selling seats on flights we don’t even know will operate tomorrow. We need clarity and not just annoucements.

Ministry of Civil Aviation has directed IndiGo to clear all pending passenger refunds without delay and complete the process for all cancelled or disrupted flights by 8 PM on 7 December 2025. Airlines have been instructed not to levy rescheduling charges for affected passengers and any non-compliance will invite regulatory action. IndiGo has been asked to set up dedicated passenger support and refund cells, ensure proactive outreach and maintain automatic refunds until operations stabilise. The Ministry has also directed timely tracing and home delivery of separated baggage within 48 hours. Oversight has been strengthened to ensure zero inconvenience to passengers, with special focus on senior citizens, differently-abled passengers and those requiring urgent travel. pib.gov.in/PressReleasePa…

@VietjetIndia Pls don't book Vietjet flight. There is no customer service. Customer care is not reachable. Lots of people booked Vietjet and they cancelled their flights without any refund. Lots of complaints on twitter about this fraud.

@KTRTRS Sir, I agree BUT the public transport in Hyderabad is dismal. Autos bully & fleece the public. Radio taxis are sparse & expensive. Buses are old with poor connectivity and metros are WIP to benefit us all.

Pack your bags & move to Hyderabad! We have better physical infrastructure & equally good social infrastructure. Our airport is 1 of the best & getting in & out of city is a breeze More importantly our Govt’s focus is on 3 i Mantra; innovation, infrastructure & inclusive growth
